How I look after your information.

This is a small website for a small practice. I collect very little about you, and I never sell it or share it for marketing.

What I collect

When you send me a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number, the topic you chose, and whatever you write in the message. Please keep health and other sensitive details for our phone call.

How I use it

Only to reply to you and to arrange our call or visit. I do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

• The contact form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores your message and emails it to me.
• The words and photos on this site are stored with Sanity, the service I use to edit it, and the photos are delivered from Sanity’s servers.
• The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Like most websites, these services see technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your device loads a page. Some of them store or process information outside Canada.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as we are in touch, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form below and I will reply.
