I wonder if we've all felt… 'Something is not quite right with this place' — or — 'This place gives me the creeps' — or — 'I don't like the energy in that room of the house'.
Houses and land can store energy, over time, or quickly! It can be past energy with the age of the house having experienced many owners/renters… It can be energy that's been brought into the home. It could be the remaining energy of someone who has died (not necessarily died in the house)… and doesn't want to let go of something in the home or the whole home and/or property. It could be energy emitting from the land such as: a previous burial site or sacred ground, a curse on the land, ley lines, vortexes, portals… I can work with these.
People call me when they're buying or selling a home, moving into a rental, or after a death or a difficult event in the house.
Many of the comments I receive are:

My intention is to heal the home, and the property… which seems to aid in the healing of the owners, and renters. It is better to live in peace.
A story
One home I recently worked with, the current owner has lived there 29 years. The house was built in the mid-1950s. The owner knew some areas had a really 'strong' dark aspect to it. I was called in to do a diagnostic. Immediately I knew where the major area of 'stuck' energy was being held.
I asked to come back in three days, as I knew I needed to 'tune in' at my home, in a meditative state. A spirit was willing to communicate with me, and tell me his story. We 'chatted' for about one hour. Even that helped to start changing the energy in the home. When I went back to the home for the clearing, I was able to feel and communicate with the spirit, and help him transition to a better place for him.
The home owner told me the next day: “The house feels lighter” — and by the following week: “I was able to purge an entire storage room over the weekend, stuff that's been sitting there for years! Boy, does that feel good!”
